USER ELIGIBILITY
LimoCapital provides its service to limousine owners in the United States but may refuse its service, upon notifying by email, for reasons included but not limited to:
(a) email unresponsiveness (remove cookies), (b) consumer complaints, (c) deceptive limousine listing information, (d) unprofessionalism, (e) have a physical address outside the territory they are listed unless they have vehicles to provide services in the listed territory. If eligible, limousine companies will be admitted into our site’s directory on a random basis.

FEES
Listings are priced per account, and vary by the region or regions selected. Fees are annual or monthly and paid in advance. There is no refund if you request removal from the index. You may list as many vehicles as you actually own or operate under a single account. The fee varies, depending on what region the limousine service is provided in.

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION
Your listing will be removed for search results in a given area, once the time paid for that area has finished. Because your profile may still be accessible through other paid-up regions, and to ease re-subscription if you lapse, the profile page remains intact except for reductions in subscribed cities.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS AND/OR CANCELLATION
Limousine owners will be subjected to changes in Fees as well as the Terms of Service should they decide to renew their membership again. Furthermore, LimoCapital will not refund or issue credits for any reason for the remaining unused membership period should either party decide to cancel this service any time.

All contents such as text, logos, graphs, images, software on this site are the sole and exclusive property of LimoCapital and/or its suppliers and are protected by the US and international copyright laws.

DISCLAIMER
This site is provided to you on an “As Is” basis. We make no representation or warranties of any kind as to the operation of the site and the information, content materials, or services included in this site (LimoCapital.com). We will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our site.

APPLICABLE LAW
The laws of the State of Arizona govern these disclaimers, terms and conditions and we reserve the right to change these disclaimers, terms and conditions on our site any time.

YOUR AGREEMENT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account number and/or password. We reserve the right to terminate you at any time, without liability to you, if we learn that you have provided us with false and misleading registration information. Your use of this site is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please do not sign up for membership if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions.
